The gate at the bottom of the garden leads to a lovely river beach. The beautiful beach
of Barra do Jacuípe is 20 minutes walk, 2 minutes by car and 5 minutes by bike.
Supermarkets, shops, bakery, pharmacies, restaurants, bars and beach bars are a short walk
from the house.

Car hire: We have negotiated a very good rate from a local company
which will probably be cheaper than you can find anywhere else. The options are: 2
/ 4 door; with /without A.C; with / without full insurance; with / without Airport
delivery / collection. Please tell us your requirmetnts and let us give you
a quote..
Terms & Conditions:
A booking deposit of 25% is required at the time of booking.
The remainder 75% of the total amount to be paid in cash at arrival (when the contract
is signed).
If bank transfer or credit card payment is preferred, this should be done 1 week before
the start of the stay.
We use a standard contract for each booking and provide a full inventory
for the property which is checked at the start and end of the stay.
A security deposit of R$1,500 (or equivalent in other agreed currency) will
be taken in addition to rental rate. This security deposit will be refunded in full assuming
no damage is caused. Any broken or damaged items will be deducted from this deposit
Cancellations: In case of cancellation, the booking deposit of
25% will not be returned. The balance will be reimbursed (less transfer expenses)
